Handicraft Exports

Handicrafts exports to Germany in 1997 increased to Rs 413 crore from Rs 364 crore in 1996, a 13.5 per cent rise, Indo-German Export Promotion project director D Kebschuli said here yesterday. However, the countrys share in Germanys Rs 28,560 handicrafts market is a mere 1.51 per cent.
