Idbi Slashes Interest Rates On Cds

The IDBI raised Rs 30 crore from Punjab & Sind Bank in the form of one-year CD at an interest rate of 16.5 per cent on October 1. But the institution was now ready to offer only 15 per cent on CDs, bank sources said.
