Kulwant Rai Restrained From Using Usha Name

In an interim injunction order, the court has also restrained the Rais from using the trading style and corporate names of Usha India Ltd and Usha Home Appliances Ltd, either in full or in an abbreviated form.

The court has directed the Rais to change the name of their company, Usha India Ltd, within three months during which they can file for an appeal before a division bench.
