Ne Rail Links To Be Improved

Union railways minister Ram Vilas Paswan yesterday said his ministry was determined to provide rail links to the hitherto inaccessible north eastern region and Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking after inaugurating the computerised reservation complex at the Habibganj railway station here, Paswan said there could be many reasons for insurgency in Jammu and Kashmir, but added that one of them was that there was no proper rail network in the state.
