Today, marketing through over 1000 strong dealer network, Bentex has reached all over India and is also exporting to countries like, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, various African Countries and the Middle East. Its products are approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards and are also tested and approved by the national laboratories like CERT- Tamil Nadu, NTH-Calcutta, CPRI, IIT, Roorkee Engg. etc. The products are also approved by government organisations like CPWD, PWD, Haryana State Minor Irrigation Tubewell Corporation, Haryana Agro, PHED- Rajasthan, MES, Railways, Punjab Police Housing Board, Karnataka State Electricity Board, etc.

Bentex manufactures BENTEX-LINGER make MCBs, distribution boards, MCCBs, ELCBs, KWH meters, industrial plugs and sockets and Bentex-SKN (air break/oil immersed) motor starters, single phase preventor, water level controllers, ammeters, voltmeters, LT control switches, switch fuse units upto 320A, change over switches upto 2000A and SKN air break contactors, thermal overload relays upto 600 Amps.

 

The SKN -Bentex group of Kapil Chopra provides direct employment to one thousand persons and several thousand of people are dependent on this group for their livelihood indirectly. Considering his contribution to industry in general and Naraina Industrial Area in particular Mr. Chopra was unanimously elected as the president of the Naraina Industries Association (phase 1 & II) in the year 1995 and again in 1996. During his tenure Mr. Chopra has been engaged in welfare and development activities which has made Naraina Industrial Area one of the best maintained industrial areas in Delhi.
