Stay On Secys Extension

The Delhi High Court yesterday continued its stay on the Central Administrative Tribunal order which had set aside the three-month extension to cabinet secretary T S R Subramanian on January 3. The division bench continued the stay till further order after the respondents counsel sought adjournment stating that a special leave petition has been moved by him before the Supreme Court, which was likely to come up for hearing on February 9. The next hearing is scheduled for March 17.
