Vizag Steel Revamp

The steel ministry has proposed to restructure Vizag Steel Plant (VSP)'s capital as part of a turnaround plan for the PSU. In a proposal to the Union finance ministry, the ministry has suggested restructuring VSP's capital by waiving part of its loan and converting part of the loan into preferential shares.
