Warrants Issued Against Mmtc Officials

A Ghaziabad court has issued non-bailable warrants against four senior officials of MMTC to secure their presence in connection with a case of criminal breach of trust filed by jeweller Deepak Gupta. The jeweller had alleged that after he had paid Rs 24 lakh to the MMTC nearly two years ago, he was not given the purchase certificate. The four MMTC officials "" Rajesh Khosla, S Guruswamy, B L Jain and Singapore-based Y N Bhargava "" have not appeared before the court despite summons.The matter has been adjourned to October 3.
