Airtel gets new CEO for Punjab circle

| Airtel announced Rajiv Jaitly would be chief executive officer (CEO) of Airtel in the Punjab circle. Before this, he was chief operating officer (COO) of Airtel in the Rajasthan circle. |
| Under his leadership, Airtel continued to dominate the market in Rajasthan and achieved the 1mn customer landmark. |
| He has also been instrumental in driving rural market expansion in Rajasthan Circle and creating a strong brand connect in the state |
| Prior to his Rajasthan tenure, Rajiv has also had the responsibility of Sales & Marketing for Airtel in Delhi. He has over 20 years of rich experience, out of which the last 4 years have been in the cellular Industry in Top Management positions. |
| He is an Economics (Hons) graduate and has done MBA (Marketing) from Long Island University, USA. Rajiv's eventful career spans rich experience in leading organizations like Star TV & Pepsi. His stint in Pepsi won him various accolades. |
