To initiate discourse on latest technology trends and assist corporations achieve cutting-edge technology centric solutions, ezDI, a health informatics and analytics company primarily catering to United States and North America region, on Wednesday launched its quarterly 'ezDI Tech Talk Series' in association with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Ahmedabad.
The inaugural edition's keynote speaker was Selvam Velmurugan, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Groupon APAC as the keynote speaker.
"ezDI's main intent in launching the Tech Talk series is to initiate a discourse on the latest technology trends with noted guest speakers invited to share thoughts and inspire companies and individuals alike," a press release issued by ezDI said.
“We kicked-off the ezDI Tech Talk Series with the sole objective of creating a regular opportunity for IT professionals, students, consultants and entrepreneurs to learn through interactive sessions with some of the noted names having global acclaim in IT. Technology will strongly define our future and it is important to remain a step ahead of the steady changes happening around us. We hope to bring to you some of the best names every quarter for a tech-driven extravaganza to maximize opportunities,” said Chetan Parikh, CEO, ezDI.
Neha Sheth, president, TiE, said," The idea behind supporting this initiative was to help budding technocrats develop their skill sets immediately. What is happening right now is Ahmedabad-based information technology engineers are not at par with their counterparts in Hyderabad or Bangalore. They lack relevant skill sets, which are immediately available in these cities. The initiative will help in bridging this gap."
