Tata Indicom holds Mela

Tata Indicom, a national telecom brand of India's premier telecom service provider Tata Teleservices Ltd has organised a 'Service Mela' on February 7 to 9 in Ahmedabad.

The mela is exclusively for their Pay Telephone booth (PTB) operators.

The company is using distributor's premises wherein any operator can walk in and purchase vouchers as well as lodge service and equipment complaints.

The PTB operator would have to fill a Redressal form known as the Red form that would categorically target the problem the operator is facing and the marketing, sales or service teams will provide the solution.

Primary problems related to installation, spare parts of printers or machines, extra glow signs etc would also be solved instantly.

In cases where the problems cannot be solved on the spot, their representatives will make a note of the problem, escalate it and solve it at the earliest.
