Vista in pact with Korean firm

Vista Infotech, an HR consulting firm, has signed an MoU with Eduwiz, a Korean IT Security firm. Under this pact, Vista will develop solutions for Eduwiz in IT security training.

It will also undertake consulting in Korea, translation work to and from Korean and software development.

"This is our first foray into Asia-Pac Market. We believe contract staffing, consulting and product validation services will be the drivers of growth in 2006," said, N K Varma, President of Vista Infotech.

"We were looking for a partner in India to develop solutions in the IT security area and to deploy human resources to implement security related technologies for our clients in Korea and we found Vista a fit for us," said, Ryan Moon, CEO of Eduwiz.
