Actor-director Ben Affleck visited CIA for research for his Oscar-nominated film "Argo" to ensure accuracy in the dramatisation of his real-life thriller about US diplomats taken hostage in Iran.
	The 40-year-old undertook extensive investigations cross-examine true accounts by meeting the CIA agent, reported Sun online.
	"I really liked the idea that it was a true story. I did a ton of reading and a ton of interviewing. I went to the CIA, I read all the books," Affleck said.
	To maintain accuracy and precision, Affleck said, "I spent time with (CIA agent) Tony Mendez and for the first-person accounts of this, then I did a lot of researching with hostages."
	Affleck, recently won the award for Best Director at the Golden Globes and BAFTAs. The film also grabbed the award for Best Film(Drama) at the BAFTAs.
	"Argo" is nominated in the Best Picture category at the Oscars to be held on February 24.

Actress Sonakshi Sinha, who has done her second special dance number in an upcoming film, says she hopes to become "queen of item songs" in Bollywood.
	Sonakshi has done a special number in director Sajid Khan's film 'Himmatwala'. The song, 'Thank God Its Friday', is a take on the disco culture of the 80's.
	The 'Dabangg' actor did an item number alongside noted choreographer Prabhu Deva in Akshay Kumar's film 'Oh My God' which released last year.
	Asked if she is looking to become the next item queen, Sonakshi said, "I hope to become one. I like dancing and music. If some good song comes my way I will do it. Both songs in 'Oh My God' and 'Himmatwala' are different."

'Zilla Ghaziabad', a film based on gang war in the district in the 90s, opened to full houses here today with people queueing up outside theatres to book tickets in advance.
	The film, which released all over the country today, has struck a chord with audiences here. A lot of people booked tickets in bulk online.
	Despite some groups earlier protesting against the title of the film, there were no disruptions in the film's screening. However, police remained alert today and were stationed at many cinema halls.
	Several multiplexes began screening the film from 10am itself and shows from morning onwards were houseful.

	Creator of 'Family Guy' is already sure that this will be his first and only time as the host because he believes it is a big commitment, reported Entertainment Weekly.
	"It's the time commitment, I just don't think I could do it again. It will have been almost six months that I'm working on this. And I'm still going to get savaged in the press," he said.

The long-rumoured Cirque Du Soleil show based on the music of late King of Pop Michael Jackson has been formally announced.
	The show- Michael Jackson ONE, which will premiere on June 29 at Las Vegas's Mandalay Bay, will be of 90 minutes duration and will feature more than 60 dancers and aerialists performing to Jackson's best known music, reported People magazine.
	According to the executives, the show will be different from the current Cirque Du Soleil show Immortal, which features the 'Dangerous' singer's music.
	Jackson's friend and choreographer Jamie King said, "Everything Jackson does is with a childlike heart. For Michael, every day was fresh, every day was new, every day had to be bigger and better than the last one."
	Tickets for the public will go on sale from March 7.

Superstar Leonardo DiCaprio's next project post "Django Unchained" will be "The Road Home", based on an upcoming novel by Michael Armour.
	Warner Bros Pictures has acquired the film right to the novel and has tapped "Crazy Heart" helmer Scott Cooper to direct the project, reported Aceshowbiz.
