DADRA AND NAGAR HAVELI


The Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli is a set of two geographical entities situated in West India. It has only one Lok Sabha seat, which was won by the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Natubhai Gomanbhai Patel in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Patel had polled 49.8 per cent of votes.
 
At the time of the previous general elections in 2014, Dadra & Nagar Haveli had a total of 196,597 registered electors, of whom 84.09 per cent, or 165,324, exercised their right to franchise across 240 polling stations to choose their only Member of Parliament from among 9 candidates.
