The Ranchi Lok Sabha Constituency of JHARKHAND state is currently held by Ram Tahal Choudhary of BJP. In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Ram Tahal Choudhary beat Subodh Kant Sahay of CONGRESS by receiving 42.70 per cent of the votes cast in this constituency.
