The Muzaffarnagar Lok Sabha Constituency of UTTAR PRADESH state is currently held by Dr Sanjeev Kumar Balyan of BJP. In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Dr Sanjeev Kumar Balyan beat Kadir Rana of BSP by receiving 59.00 per cent of the votes cast in this constituency.
