Since its December 19 release, Avatar: Fire and Ash has made an emphatic statement at the global box office. The third instalment of James Cameron’s epic sci-fi franchise debuted with a staggering $345 million worldwide, according to studio estimates released on Sunday, marking one of the biggest openings of the year.
