Sky Gold allots 13.18 cr equity shares under bonus issue

The Board of Sky Gold at its meeting held on 17 December 2024 has allotted 13,18,86,054 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid up bonus shares in ratio of 9:1.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,46,54,00,600 divided into 14,65,40,060 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
