Brigade buys 4.4 acre land in Bengaluru, tragets Rs 950 crore revenue

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has acquired 4.4 acres of land in Whitefield Bengaluru to develop a housing project with an estimated revenue of Rs 950 crore. In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it will develop a premium residential project with a total development potential of 0.6 million (6 lakh) square feet and a Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 950 crore. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said this land acquisition will enhance its portfolio. Established in 1986, Brigade Group is one of India's leading property developers. Brigade has developed many projects across South and West India. Bengaluru-based Brigade has a presence in residential, office and retail segments of real estate as well as hotel business.

Brigade Enterprises launches Rs 2,700 cr housing project in Bengaluru

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises targets Rs 2,700 crore revenue from its new housing project in Bengaluru. In a regulatory filing on Friday, Brigade Enterprises said it has launched a residential project 'Brigade Eternia' in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The project, spread over 14.65 acres, will have 1,124 residential units with a total built-up area of about 20 lakh square feet. "The project has a revenue potential of over Rs 2,700 crores," Brigade said. The project will be completed by March 31, 2030. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said, "North Bangalore, particularly Yelahanka, is emerging as a key micro market with immense growth potential." Established in 1986, Brigade Group is one of India's leading property developers. Brigade has developed many projects in South India. As per the PropEquity data, housing sales in Bengaluru fell 9 per cent to 60,506 units in 2024, from 66,600 units in the preceding year.

Brigade Enterprises Q3 result: Net profit rises threefold to Rs 236 cr

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises on Wednesday reported a more than three-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 236.24 crore in the December quarter on strong demand for residential and commercial properties. Its net profit stood at Rs 73.49 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 1,529.68 crore in the October-December period of this fiscal from Rs 1,208.18 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing. Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises sale bookings rose 63 per cent to Rs 2,492 crore in the December quarter, a growth of 63 per cent compared to the year-ago period. "We have observed robust growth across all our business verticals during the quarter. Brigade Group to invest about Rs 4,500 crore in Hyderabad project

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd will invest around Rs 4,500 crore to develop an integrated 10-acre housing and commercial project in Hyderabad to expand the business to encash strong demand for luxury homes and premium office-retail spaces. Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises launched its new mixed-use project 'Brigade Gateway' on Wednesday at Neopolis Kokapet, Hyderabad. "We will develop a 45 lakh square feet mixed-use project in Hyderabad, of which around 25 lakh square feet will be luxury homes," the company's Executive Director Amar Mysore told PTI. Asked about project cost, he said the total investment in land and construction will be around Rs 4,500 crore. The investments will be met through equity, collections from customers against sales and construction finance. Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Wednesday reported an 11 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 118.98 crore in the September 2024 quarter. Its net profit stood at Rs 133.50 crore in the year-ago period. Brigade Group eyes Rs 800 cr revenue from Chennai real estate project

Realty firm Brigade Group on Thursday said it will develop a mixed-use project in Chennai with an estimated revenue of Rs 800 crore. In a regulatory filing, Brigade Group said it has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a residential project of around one million sq ft in Chennai. The project will be developed as part of a 1.5 million sq ft mixed use development. The project will have a gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 800 crore, Brigade said in a statement. Brigade Enterprises raises Rs 1,500 crore by selling shares via QIP

Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises has raised Rs 1,500 crore by selling equity shares to institutional investors as part of its strategy to expand business. The company on September 2 launched its qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue to raise funds. The issue closed on September 5. In a regulatory filing on Friday, Brigade Enterprises said a committee of directors approved the allotment of 1,30,43,478 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers. The shares were allotted at an issue price of Rs 1,150 per equity share. Hence, the company raised Rs 1,500 crore through the QIP route. The shares were issued at a discount of 1.26 per cent of the floor price of Rs 1,164.70 per equity share.
