"Game of Thrones" creator George RR Martin has teased that the final two "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels will bear influence from the fantasy epic HBO series. The writer, who is working on "The Winds of Winter" and "A Dream of Spring" at an infamous leisurely pace, said the remaining books would have "a lot added" from the TV adaptation. "I've been so slow with these books. The major points of the ending will be things I told them five or six years ago. "But there may also be changes, and there'll be a lot added," Martin told Rolling Stone magazine. The writer previously admitted that it is sad he would not be able to finish the two novels before "GOT" wrapped up its eighth and final season. The show will air on Star World and Star World HD in India on April 14.

"Us" director Jordon Peele is not interested in casting "white dudes" as leads in his films as he believes there are already too many movies focusing on them. Peele said being a successful director gives him a chance to put minority faces on the screen. "The way I look at it, I get to cast black people in my movies. I feel fortunate to be in this position where I can say to Universal, 'I want to make a $20 million horror movie with a black family.' William Sadler will return as Death in the upcoming film "Bill and Ted Face The Music", the makers have announced. The film's official Twitter account shared the news Monday. "For those who have been asking @Wm _ sadler will totally be reprising his role!" the post read. Actor Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark in "Game of Thrones", says the first season of the show plays a huge role in what happens in the eighth and final season of the fantasy drama. "Arjun Patiala" will now open in theatres on July 19, the makers announced Wednesday. The Kriti Sanon-Diljit Dosanjh-starrer was earlier scheduled to release in May. The film is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijan under T-Series and Maddock Films. Kumar took to Twitter to share the news. EC serves notice to producers of Narendra Modi biopic
Election Commission of India has sent a notice to four producers of the film 'PM Narendra Modi' after receiving complaints from few other political parties regarding the intent and timing of the movie.The Congress party and Communist Party of India (Marxist) had complained to the ECI about the film's release, claiming that it's being done with political intent.On March 25, a Congress delegation had visited the EC to protest against the Vivek Oberoi-starrer, alleging that the film's release slated just ahead of the commencement of Lok Sabha polls is a violation of the model code of conduct.The Congress delegation, included Randeep Singh Surjewala, Kapil Sibal, and Abhishek Manu Singhvi, also sought a ban on the release of the biopic ahead of polling.Last week, the EC had sent notices to two newspapers for publishing posters of 'PM Narendra Modi' for promotions.The movie has also got into legal trouble as a petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court seeking a stay on the release ..
