Bollywood actor Disha Patani has rubbished reports claiming that Hrithik Roshan flirted with her, calling the superstar a "dignified" person. There were reports that Disha walked out of the project because Hrithik allegedly flirted with her, something that she termed as "childish and irresponsible gossip". "There is some childish and irresponsible gossip about Hrithik sir and me doing the rounds. I would like to say that it's completely untrue and in the minimum interaction that I have had with him, he has been one of the most dignified and joyful people. "It's my regard for him as a person that is making me even respond to something this trivial. There is no truth in me walking out of any project with him," Disha told PTI in a statement. SAG 2020 to be held two weeks before Oscars
The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards have booked January 26, 2020, as the date for its 26th edition, claiming that the ceremony comes two weeks before the Academy Awards. The announcement came after news broke that the Producers Guild of America will claim January 18, 2020, as the date for its 31st annual awards. According to Variety, the guild awards announcements came less than three weeks after leaders of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) moved the 2020 Oscars forward two weeks to February 9. The next year's SAG Awards will take place on January 27, 2019. This year, the event was held on January 21. Nominations will be announced on December 12. This year's ceremony featured its first-ever host, Kristen Bell.

Yoga music at bedtime boosts heart health
Listening to soothing, meditative yoga music before sleep may be good for the heart, according to a study by Indian researchers. "We use music therapy in our hospital and in this study we showed that yoga music has a beneficial impact on heart rate variability before sleeping," said study author Naresh Sen, a Consultant Cardiologist at HG SMS Hospital in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The study, presented at the ongoing European Society of Cardiology Congress 2018 in Germany, investigated the impact of listening to yoga music, which is a type of soothing or meditative music, before bedtime on heart rate variability. It included 149 healthy people who participated in three sessions on separate nights: yoga music before sleep at night; pop music with steady beats before sleep at night; and no music or silence before sleep at night.
