You will now see more non-skippable ads on YouTube

YouTube has announced that it is expanding its monetization method of unskippable ads to more creators on its platform. This basically means you will not be seeing the 'skip ad' button more often.YouTube announced that creators who can already monetize content on YouTube will be soon able to turn on non-skippable ads for all of their videos, The Verge reported.The change is rolling out to eligible creators starting next week. YouTube is also adding a new tool to allow creators bulk add or remove non-skippable ads and track audience engagement after making the change.

When Shahid thought 'Arjun Reddy' was too perfect for a remake

Actor Shahid Kapoor says when he was approached to star in the Hindi version of Telugu blockbuster "Arjun Reddy" he felt there was no need to remake the film as the original was "too perfect". Shahid, 37, will be playing the lead in the film and the actor said the arc of the character excited him and he decided to come on-board the project. "'Arjun Reddy' is in the preparation stage. We will start shooting for it around October 1. The first thought I had in mind was why are we remaking it. It is too perfect. 'Guardians of the Galaxy 3' production stalled?

In the wake of Hollywood director James Gunn's firing, the production of 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3' has temporarily been put on hold.According to The Hollywood Reporter, a small group of crew members who were preparing for the pre-production of the Marvel film, have been told that they are free to look for other work.The latest development comes a month after Gunn's firing. He was let go as the director by Disney when old tweets - which he shared nearly a decade ago - on controversial topics like pedophilia and rape resurfaced.However, the entire 'Guardians of the Galaxy' cast - including Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel - extended their support and asked for Gunn to be reinstated as 'Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 3' director.The official release date of the film is yet to be revealed.

'Green Book' to kick-start 14th Zurich film fest
