Smartworld, Tribeca to build ₹2,200-cr Trump luxury homes in Gurugram

Realty firms Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers on Wednesday announced that they will develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Gurugram under the 'Trump' brand with a total investment of around Rs 2,200 crore. M3M Group firm Smartworld Developers and Tribeca have launched the 'Trump Residences' project in Gurugram comprises 298 units. The project has a total saleable area of 12 lakh square feet. This is the second Trump-branded residential project in Gurugram and the sixth project in India. M3M Group, which is developing the first Trump project in Gurugram, will start giving possession from this month. "The total project cost will be around Rs 2,200 crore for this new Trump-branded project," Smartworld Developers co-founder Pankaj Bansal told reporters here. PioneerUrban Land and Infra to invest Rs 300 cr in senior citizens' project

Realty firm PioneerUrban Land and Infrastructure Ltd will invest Rs 300 crore to develop a luxury housing project for senior citizens in Gurugram. Project Advait is a joint venture with JK Organisation's real estate arm JK Urbanscapes Developers Ltd. The company has received a license under the State's Retirement Policy. The project, spread across 2.6 acres and comprising 164 units, will be developed with an investment of Rs 300 crore. Each apartment is equipped with a centralised air filtration system (TFA unit). Its medical services will be provided by Fortis Hospital, Gurugram, within the project premises. Maintain status quo: SC on demolition of 'illegal' buildings in Gurugram

The Supreme Court has asked Gurugram authorities to maintain status quo on a demolition drive in DLF phases 1 to 5 against unauthorised constructions, including residential properties that have been converted into commercial complexes. A bench of Justices J K Maheshwari and Aravind Kumar was hearing on Friday a plea by DLF Qutub Enclave RWA, which challenged the Haryana government's Town and Country Planning Department's power to raze the properties. The bench issued notice to the Haryana government authorities and said, "In the meantime, until the next date of listing, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties." Real estate firm Trinity to invest Rs 1,200 cr in Gurugram housing project

Realty firm Trinity will invest Rs 1,200 crore to develop a housing project in Gurugram. In a statement on Wednesday, the company said it is developing an 11-acre luxury residential project 'Sky Palazzo Residences' on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The project will be completed by 2029. The company will develop this project "with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore". In the first phase, it will develop 345 apartments. Avinash Nagpal, Senior Vice President Projects, Trinity, said there is a strong demand for ultra-premium homes. Housing sales have risen sharply during the post-COVID pandemic. Massive fire at warehouse in Gurugram, over 200 firefighters deployed

A massive fire broke out at a garment warehouse in Saraswati Enclave Industrial area here and soon spread to two adjoining warehouses of liquor and shoes, prompting a 12-hour operation to douse the blaze, officials said on Wednesday. While no one was reported injured despite the intensity of the fire that started late at night on Tuesday, there was extensive damage to goods in the warehouses. More than 20 fire tenders and over 200 firefighters had to be deployed to control the fire. According to a senior fire officer, a fire broke out in a garment warehouse in Saraswati Enclave Industrial Area at 11.49 pm on Tuesday night. Fire engines from the Sector 37 fire station reached the spot, but the fire spread rapidly to the adjoining liquor and shoe warehouses. Real estate company Godrej Properties Ltd has sold around 90 flats for more than Rs 1,000 crore on the launch day of its new luxury housing project at Gurugram, despite an overall demand slowdown in residential property market. In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company said around 90 flats were sold on the launch day of its project 'Godrej Astra' located on Golf Course Road micro-market. The project is spread over 2.76 acres. This is the company's second launch in the prime Golf Course Road micro-market. Signature Global acquires 8.39 acre land in Gurugram for Rs 282 crore

Real estate firm Signature Global (India) Ltd has acquired 8.39 acres of land in Gurugram for Rs 282 crore to develop a housing project and is expecting a revenue of around Rs 3,200 crore. In a statement on Friday, the company said it has "acquired 8.39 acre land at Sector 37D, Gurugram, Haryana, at a cost of Rs 282.42 crore". The overall development potential of this land is about 20 lakh square feet. The company intends to launch the project on this land parcel by the end of the next financial year (2025-26) and expects total revenue of around Rs 3,200 crore, Signature Global said. Signature Global to invest Rs 4,000 cr on 2 projects in Gurugram: Chairman

Realty firm Signature Global is planning to invest around Rs 4,000 crore to develop two new housing projects in Gurugram as part of its expansion plan, its Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal said. In an interview with PTI, he said, in the next quarter, the company plans to launch more than 40 lakh square feet of area in two premium housing projects in Gurugram. "We will be focusing on the Rs 2-5 crore price bracket, where we are seeing huge demand but limited supply," Aggarwal said. Realty firm DLF's rental arm will invest around Rs 6,000 crore to construct 75 lakh square feet of prime office and retail spaces in Gurugram to tap demand for top-quality green commercial properties. DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL) is a joint venture between DLF and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC. DLF holds nearly 67 per cent stake in the JV firm. In its latest investors presentation for the third quarter of this fiscal, DLF informed that its rental arm DCCDL has commenced construction of 5.5 million (55 lakh) square feet of Grade A plus office spaces in the new phase of its ultra-premium commercial project 'DLF Downtown, Gurugram'.
