Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court rejected a petition seeking direction to NHRC to assess mental as well as physical health of the convicts
Pawan Kumar Gupta is the fourth convict in the case to file a curative petition

A three-judge bench headed by Justice R Banumathi granted liberty to the authorities to approach the trial court for issuance of fresh date for the execution of these convict
