CBI files 3 FIRs in ₹9000-crore Noida Sports City 'scam', conducts raids

The CBI has registered three cases related to alleged irregularities in the allotment, development and sanction of Sports City projects in Noida between 2011 and 2014 which turned into a Rs 9000-crore 'scam', officials said Friday. Illegal payments to land owners: SC appoints SIT to probe Noida functioning

Dissatisfied with a UP government-appointed panel probing the issue of illegal compensation to land owners paid by NOIDA officials, the Supreme Court has appointed an SIT to look into it.
