Guwahati (Assam), Jan 04 (ANI): While addressing a public gathering in Assam's Guwahati on January 04, the working president of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) JP Nadda spoke on political parties of India. He said, "There are around 2300 political parties in our country and out of which 54 parties are regional. These parties have been given recognition by the Election Commission (EC). There are seven parties which have been provided with national recognition." "The 54 regional parties have now been turned into 'parivaarik' (dynastic) parties and none of them are 'vaicharik' (ideological) parties no more. All regional parties have become dynastic parties by now," he added. "If you will keep aside Congress party at national level then rest all parties have become dynastic parties and only BJP is a party of ideology," JP Nadda further stated.
Lucknow (UP), Jan 05 (ANI): A group of Shia Muslims in Lucknow staged protest against the United States' drone attack on Iranian General Qasem Soleimani. Protesters raised slogans against America and held placards where they called Qasem a 'martyr'. Shia cleric Maulana Kalbe Jawad also present in the protest. Iran's top military commander General Qasem Soleimani was killed in a US drone strike in Baghdad. He was head of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force.

Kota (Rajasthan), Jan 04 (ANI): Speaking on Kota child deaths case, Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot said that government's response to the case could have been more compassionate and sensitive. "I think our response to this could have been more compassionate and sensitive. After being in power for 13 months, I think it serves no purpose to blame the previous government's misdeeds. Accountability should be fixed," said Sachin Pilot.
Mumbai, Jan 04 (ANI): While speaking to ANI on reports that Shiv Sena's Abdul Sattar is unhappy and has resigned as Maharashtra minister, party leader Sanjay Raut said that there is no such information about resignation of Shiv Sena's Abdul Sattar. "There are no differences in cabinet. If some minister resigns then normally resignation is sent to CM or Raj Bhawan, but both have no information about it yet," said Sanjay Raut.

The group was led by the family of a boy who has abducted a Sikh girl Jagjit Kaur who was the daughter of the Gurdwara's panthi. India strongly condemned Nankana Sahib Violence and called upon Pakistan to take immediate steps.
Patna (Bihar), Jan 04 (ANI): President of Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Chirag Paswan reacted over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). He said that who all are opposing the CAA are spreading chaos. They don't have full knowledge about the Act. "Our Home Minister Amit Shah has cleared that the Act is no danger to Indian citizens. But some political leaders are trying to divide the society." He made this statement as a reply to Minister of State for Home Affairs, Nityanand Rai's comment over CAA. Hardeep Singh Puri said, "These are wanton acts of vandalism, arson and stone pelting against one of the holiest Sikh shrines. If any more proof was needed on the state of minorities in Pakistan then this is it." Stones were pelted at Nankana Sahib Gurudwara by an angry mob on January 03.

Someone standing in the Gurudwara saying he will destroy it and make a Masjid, won't let Sikh live in Nankana and would change Nankana's name, no one has ever dared to do it in the world. Pakistani Government and Pakistani Army are involved in this violence. The proof is that after this major incident, PM Imran Khan's twitter stopped. He is mute. Does Imran Khan have right to call him a true Muslim? A true Muslim won't attack a minority." He further said, "I would like to urge PM Narendra Modi to do something as we have hopes from him only. PM Modi is the one who brought Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) for these minorities. Minorities believe that India will save them from any kind of violence."

Mumbai, Jan 04 (ANI): Maharashtra Cabinet Minister and National Congress (NCP) leader reacted over the controversy on 'Savarkar and Godse's relationship' which was published in Congress Seva Dal booklet. He urged Congress to withdrawn the booklet. "Writing objectionable article is wrong, ideological differences fine but personal comments should not be made, especially when person (Savarkar) is not alive. Booklet should be withdrawn", said NCP leader Nawab Malik. In their recent booklet, the Congress Seva Dal mentioned that Vinayak Damodar Savarkar and Nathuram Godse had physical relations.
