Oil Prices jump in Asian trading market following Soleimani's death

Hong Kong (Asia), Jan 03(ANI): Oil prices in the Asian Trading Market have jumped after media reported Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran's elite Quds Forces death. Brent Crude soared 1.31%, to USD 67.12 per barrel while US crude jumped 1.24%, to USD 61.94 per barrel during morning trading hour in Asian market. US Confirmed Soleimani was killed in 'Defensive Action' carried out on the direction of President Donald Trump. The attack has come days after an Iran Backed militia attacked the US Embassy. Soleimani and 25 other people of popular mobilization forces were killed in a US airstrike near Baghdad's International Airport.

CAA protests: UP Police releases video of Meerut violence showing protestors allegedly trying to burn cops

Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Jan 03 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Police has released a video clip where few protestors were seen attempting to burn policemen and Rapid Action Force (RAF) officials during CAA protest in UP's Meerut. The incident happened on Dec 20. Protestors allegedly shut the shop when these policemen and RAF officials were inside it and tried to set it ablaze. Although, the senior police officials reached at the spot and they stopped the major mishappening. Two RAF officials were injured in the incident.

79-year-old village woman wins local body election in TN's Madurai
