New Delhi, Nov 19 (ANI): YouTube has announced prepaid plans for its music services in India. Users will be able to purchase one-month or three-month prepaid plans for YouTube Premium and Music Premium in India, the official blog notes. To sign-up for a prepaid plan, one can follow the sign-up instructions for a YouTube Premium or YouTube Music Premium membership, and select the required plan. The users will also be able to purchase additional top-ups for their membership.
New Delhi, Nov 19 (ANI): As the researchers have discovered how the lung disease idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) progresses, they will now be able to provide a method to discover new treatment targets for the disease. In the study, researchers examined differentially affected regions in the lungs obtained from individuals with IPF and found that what looks like normal lung is already undergoing changes in specific genes. Fifty per cent of patients with IPF will die in three to five years following diagnosis, and the cause of IPF is unknown. The two FDA-approved drugs to treat IPF slow the progress of the disease, but do not reverse it.
New Delhi, Nov 19 (ANI): Six persons including four soldiers and two porters were killed in avalanche in the Siachen Glacier on November 18. An avalanche hit Army positions in the Siachen Glacier after which eight personnel were stuck under the snow. Seven individuals who were critically injured accompanied by medical teams were evacuated by helicopters to nearest Military Hospital. Six people who died in the avalanche succumbed to extreme hypothermia. Altitude in the northern glaciers is of around 19,000 feet and above.

Chennai, Nov 18 (ANI): In the latest development in the Fathima Lateef suicide case, two IIT students began hunger strike demanding fair investigation into the case. Fathima Lateef committed suicide allegedly over religious persecution. The deceased's parents recovered a mobile phone note that named a member of the faculty as the reason for her death. Chennai Police transferred the case to Central Crime Branch (CCB). Police began preliminary investigation. The first year student of an integrated MA programme in the humanities was found dead in her hostel room last week.
New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): Several students of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) are marching towards Parliament in the national capital on November 18 over demand of complete roll back of fee hike. They were later stopped by police near Delhi's Safdarjung Tomb area. While speaking to ANI, Public Relations Office (PRO) of Delhi Police, Mandeep Singh Randhawa said, "We are trying to talk to the students about their demands and convince them to not take law in their hands. Regarding the allegation of lathi charge, we will inquire into it." Due to the protest, Section 144 has also been imposed near the Parliament and security has been beefed up.

Gopalganj (Bihar), Nov 18 (ANI): At least six minor girls died after a tractor trolley overturned in Bihar's Gopalganj. Several children also got injured in the accident. Truck was carrying marbles. Children were grazing their goats when the incident took place.
