New Delhi, Oct 23 (ANI): Video creating and sharing app, TikTok, has surpassed top social networking apps including Instagram, Snapchat, Helo, and Twitter, in terms of downloads on the Google Play Store. The Sensor Tower Report 2019 ranked TikTok as the most downloaded social media app worldwide for September 2019 with close to 60 million installs, with downloads from India constituting 44 per cent of its total downloads, the official blog notes. Facebook was the second most installed app, with the highest installs from India at 23 per cent. Instagram, Likee, Snapchat were among the top five apps in terms of overall downloads.
Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Oct 23 (ANI): In the latest development in Kamlesh Tiwari murder case, Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) nabbed two main accused. The accused persons have been identified as Ashfaq Hussain Jakirhussain Shaikh (34) and Moinuddin Khurshid Pathan (27). They both were arrested by Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) from the Gujarat Rajasthan border. Giving the information Gujarat ATS, DIG Himanshu Shukla said that Ashfaqhussain Jakirhussain Shaikh (34) and Moinuddin Khurshid Pathan (27) - were the main accused in the murder of Tiwari. On October 18, Kamlesh Tiwari was shot at the Naka area of Lucknow and succumbed to his injuries at a hospital during the treatment.

Saundatti-Yellamma (Karnataka), Oct 23 (ANI): Savadatti (Saundatti) Yellamma Temple flooded following heavy rainfall in the Belgaum district. The temple is situated on top of the hill in Savadatti, which is about 5km from Savadatti Taluk and nearly 70km from Belgaum. Our investigation is in the right direction and there are good chances of conviction. We will take them into transit remand and will bring them to Lucknow as soon as possible," he said. The jumbos practiced their football skills after they were shifted to Dubare Elephant Camp in Kodagu district. The Elephants for the famous Mysore Dasara were trained at Dubare elephant camp. Muzaffarabad, PoK, Oct 22, 2019: - At least two people died and many others sustained injuries as police unleashed a heavy hand on locals carrying out a peaceful demonstration in Muzaffarabad city to mark 22nd October as Black Day. Police used tear-gas shells and thrashed people indiscriminately to keep demonstrators at bay. Although the police conduct wasn't unprecedented, two deaths have rocked the region.

Rajpura (Punjab), Oct 22 (ANI): Farmers continued to burn stubble in Uksi Jattan village in Rajpura from Punjab. Despite Punjab government's ban, burning of farm residue continued in several areas of Punjab due to lack of alternatives. Over 100 cases of stubble burning have been reported so far. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has claimed that stubble burning in neighbouring states is one of the main causes of air pollution in the national capital.

The mortar shells were found after the recent ceasefire violation in Karmara village of Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. The mortar shells had calibre of 120 mm each. Pakistan on October 21 violated ceasefire in Qasba and Kirni sectors of Poonch.
