At the conference, the activists requested the international community to help save the cultural identity of the Sindhi people. London (UK), Oct 28 (ANI): Pakistan social activist and journalist Reham Khan criticised Prime Minister Imran Khan of spreading 'naked martial law' in the country by not taking people and Parliament into confidence and openly discussing poor conditions of Pakistan on the international platform. Criticising the PM, Khan said, "It is unfortunate that Prime Minister Imran Khan openly disrespected Pakistan on international platforms. The way Pakistan has took loans and on what terms needed to be discussed in the Parliament. New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan will embark on his maiden visit to China on November 2. He will stay there till November 5 at the invitation of the Chinese leadership. This will be Khan's first official visit to China after assuming office in August. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including Minister of Foreign Affairs Shah Mehmood Qureshi, a statement from Pakistan's foreign ministry read. During the visit, Khan is slated to hold meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang in Beijing. The two sides will review the entire range of bilateral relations, including the multi-billion dollar China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project and are expected to sign several agreements of cooperation in diverse fields.

New York (US), Oct 25: The New York offices of US cable news channel CNN have been evacuated on Wednesday morning after a suspicious device was discovered in the building's mailroom. The evacuation comes shortly after the Secret Service confirmed that similar devices were sent to former United States President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The New York Police Department (NYPD) is responding to a suspicious device discovered at the Time Warner Center in New York, where the news channel is located, and evacuated the offices as a precaution. While briefing the media after the incident, New York Police Commissioner James P O'Neill said, "NYPD and our law enforcement partners responded to reports of a suspicious package at CNN. Officers identified the device that appeared to be a live explosive device. NYPD bomb squad secured the device and removed it for investigation".
