Dharmanagar (Tripura), Sep 08 (ANI): In continuation of the war against illicit drug trafficking, police seized a huge quantity of cannabis hidden in an oil tanker. Police have arrested 3 persons were trying to smuggled the cannabis out of the state. The market value of the seized cannabis is approx Rs. 1 crore. The seized cannabis weighed a total of 1359 Kilograms and was concealed in 99 packets. Police are on the lookout for few more people involved in this crime.

"Defense sector has been a vital area of cooperation between the two countries. Defence production in India has been opened for the private sector to participate. Our defence requirements are huge. Indian companies are looking at Czech defence majors to partner them. I invite Czech defence companies to come, invest and manufacture in India," said Kovind. New Delhi, Sep 05 (ANI): 100 Welsh Guards were added to the NATO troops in Afghanistan during United Kingdom (UK) Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson's visit to Kabul last week, UK's Ministry of Defence said on Tuesday. The troops are the first of the 440 additional personnel that will be deployed by the UK for the NATO forces. The addition will see the UK become the third largest contributor to troops in Afghanistan with 1,100 personnel, TOLO News reported. "We remain absolutely committed to building an Afghanistan that is a strong security partner for decades to come. A secure and stable Afghanistan helps keep the streets of the UK safe.
