Class X boy held for murdering classmate in Kerala

The body of Lejin Varghese (14), a student of St.George High School in Muttar, was found with his throat slit at the school compound late last night.

Following investigations, police arrested a 15-year-old boy from Changanacherry here this evening on the charge of murdering Varghese.

Police said previous enmity he had with Varghese was stated to be the reason for the murder.

The arrested boy would be produced before the Juvenile Justice court in Alappuzha tomorrow, police said.
