Maoist leader acquitted of two charges

Somen, in jail custody after his arrest from Hridaypur railway station in February, 2008, was charged under illegal arms and explosives act.

He was today produced in Barasat fast track court of judge Sujit Kumar Mehrotra.

Somen was facing six other charges.
