Industrial metal inched up at the LME, ahead of weekend election in Greece amidst reports of major Central banks plan to inject liquidity.

Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar gained by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 483 and Rs 511 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 480 and Rs 508.

Brass utensils scrap and tin moved up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 317 and Rs 1,337 as against Rs 315 and Rs 1,335.

Copper scrap heavy and copper sheet cutting edged up Re 1 per kg each to Rs 474 and Rs 461.

However, nickel slipped by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,095 as compared to Rs 1,100 previously and zinc softened by Re 1 per kg to Rs 132.
