Woman, daughter found dead in pond in Rajasthan

A woman and her two-year-old daughter were found dead in a pond in Rampura Basti area here, police said today.

The bodies of Babita (32) and Neha were found yesterday.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem, they said, adding family feud over money might be one of the reasons behind the tragedy.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the woman might have committed suicide along with her daughter, police said.
