Abb Sells Air Equipment Unit To Flakt

Engineering major ABB India has sold its air-handling equipment business in India to Flakt India.

This follows the decision of the ABB group globally to sell this business to Global Air Movement (Luxembourg), SARL.

The company made a profit of about Rs 13.8 crore on the sale. ABB India is focused on three areas of business-power transmission, products and solutions.
