Allsec to acquire B2K Corp

Allsec Technologies is planning to acquire Banglore-based BPO company B2K Corporation.

According to a release issued by Allsec Technologies to the NSE today, the board of directors of Allsec approved a proposal to acquire 100% equity of B2K Corporation.

Allsec Technologies is a BPO company providing support services for in-bound customer care, technology helpdesk, and outbound tele-services including sales, collections, lead generation and market research.
