In an interesting development, high-value commercial space on M G Road of Bangalore has changed hands as the place was leased out to Cafe Coffee Day recently. According to industry sources familiar with the development, this space is near the Barton Centre building and was recently vacated by Spencer's Retail.
“The total area of this space is around 6,000 sft and is expected to cost around Rs 225 per sft,” sources in the real estate industry said. Cafe Coffee Day is expected to come out with a lounge format of Cafe Coffee Day in this space in the near future and will be its largest coffee shop.
