Call Centres Script Plan To Tackle Exodus

Indian call centre companies are currently working on strategies to tackle the issue of high attrition as the current rate of around 18 per cent is projected to jump to around 30 per cent in the next one year.
The only relief for the Indian call centre companies is that when compared to the rest of the world, their employee churn is low.
