Genpact to acquire Accounting Plaza

Genpact, the business process outsourcing major, said it would acquire Accounting Plaza, a provider of finance and accounting and human resources services. The financial details were not disclosed. Genpact said it expected to close the deal within a week. This would significantly expand its domain expertise in the retail sector, in addition to its service delivery in Europe, it added.
