Greaves Cotton to divest oilfield unit
| The board of directors of Greaves Cotton today approved a proposal to divest the oilfield & drilling business for a consideration of Rs 16.50 crore. This was announced in a release issued by the company to the BSE today. The stock was trading on a flat note at Rs 133 on the BSE at 1355 hrs. |
