'India has world's 3rd largest base of start-ups'

With more than 4,100 enterprises, India is the third-largest base of tech start-ups in the world and the number is set to grow manifold over the next few years, Google said on Wednesday. Google India head Rajan Anandan said a connected India with access to the web would empower Indians further, helping businesses grow and the Indian economy.
