Indiabulls execs buy shares

Sameer Gehlaut, chairman, and Gagan Banga, vice-chairman and managing director of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, have acquired additional shares worth Rs 100 crore of the company. With shares purchased from the secondary market, Gehlaut's stake increases to 23.8 per cent from 23.51 per cent and Banga's from 0.49 per cent to 0.52 per cent, according to BSE filings.
