Mahindra Lifespace Q3 net profit dips 66%

Standalone income from operations during the third quarter also went down by 61%

Mahindra Lifespace Developers today reported 65.68% decrease in its standalone profit after tax for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, at Rs 13.56 crore.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 39.51 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year, Mahindra Lifespace Developers said in a filing to the BSE.

The standalone income from operations during the third quarter also went down by 60.06% to Rs 61.41 crore from Rs 153.77 crore in the year-ago period.
