Hyderabad-based Manjeera Constructions Limited reported a 93% decline in net profit to Rs 19.89 lakh for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2012, as against Rs 2.82 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total income of the company saw a 19.26% dip to Rs 37.23 crore for the third quarter, as compared to Rs 46.11 crore during the same period a year ago, it said in a filing to the Exchange.
The company has also reported marginal decrease in its total expenses to Rs 40.37 crore as against Rs 40.62 crore last year, registering a 0.61% decline.
Manjeera's scrip is currently trading at Rs 95.90 on BSE, up 6.67% over the previous close of Rs 89.90.
