Maytas Infra, promoted by the family of scam-tainted Satyam Computers founder B Ramalinga Raju, has sought extension of time from stock exchanges for declaration of third quarter results.
According to a company spokeperson, the company had sought more time as it is currently engaged in soliciting data to investigating agencies that are probing the Satyam scam.
"For the past 25 days, our accounting and auditing department are busy providing details to the investigating agencies", he said.
