Mercers New Tool To Facilitate Hr Mgmt

In a bid to facilitate human resource management, Mercer Human Resource Consulting has launched the Mercer India Monitor. This is a compensation benchmarking tool.

The consultancy claims that this is a value added, e-enabled service which would allow HR practioners access to comprehensive information through regular updates on relevant HR trends related to compensation and benefits such as variable pay practices, compensation movements across industries, among others.

To be launched in a phased manner, the PayMonitor currently provides detailed information on compensation and benefits of companies across various sectors.
