Nanda steps down as M&M ED

Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra, today announced that AK Nanda, executive director of the company, will step down from the executive position with effect from March 31, 2010.

The company has appointed Nanda as an additional director of the company with effect from April 01, 2010 and said he shall hold the office upto its next annual general meeting. Nanda was recently appointed as the non-executive director of the group's property development company Mahindra Lifespaces.
