Pressmart Media partners Curtis Circulation

Digital delivery service provider for publishers, Pressmart Media, a subsidiary of Hyderabad-based Bodhtree Consulting Limited, has forged an alliance with the $1.5-billion American magazine distribution major Curtis Circulation Company.

Under the agreement, Pressmart and Curtis together will introduce iMags service and target new e-publishing business opportunities in the US that combine Pressmart e-publishing solutions with Curtis distribution infrastructure and vast magazine portfolio. Pressmart will also gain access to Lagardere, the parent company of Curtis.

"Curtis serves a large network of magazine publishers in the US, so we expect to add many of their publishing clients to our list of global clients," chief executive officer of Pressmart, Sanjeev Gupta, stated in a press release here on Tuesday.

Robert A Castardi, president of Curtis, said Pressmart's technology would create an entirely new and innovative sales, marketing and distribution channel for Curtis' publishing clients.

"With the added benefits from Pressmart's e-publishing solutions, we have gone one more step forward in creating exciting new ways of meeting the needs of our publishers both locally and globally," he added.
