Simplex to consider stock split on June 12

The board of directors of Simplex Infrastructures are scheduled to meet on June 12 to consider a proposal for stock split.

According to a release issued by Simplex to the BSE todya, the board will also announce its annual earnings and dividend if any. Further the company's board will look into proposals for rasing funds from local and overseas markets.
